Speed Training Camp Anybody Know A Good Speed Training/conditioning Program For Three Weeks?

Anybody know a good speed training/conditioning program for three weeks? - speed training camp

I have a basketball in three weeks and want to be in excellent condition. I really want to be guardian, and my speed was a factor because they have the skills of others. I need to impress my coach in basketball.

Treadmills, its wut i do and at least 30 minutes at a speed u think it is tuff, but not too tuff cuz ur gonna them for half an hour, so that is decent. This is for speed and endurance of the ball, but with the ball quickly or gottta a good player with the ball, and it's really important for the United States quickly change direction. So, a few chairs bring a time or to a friend and go through each chair with a cross, then finish with a layup just to practice more.
